*Hi. I like chairs.
Hubby and I went athriftin' Friday and found this auditorium style row of seats for $30. They are so neato. They fold up flat. Hubby made us buy them. We have nowhere to put them though. Have I mentioned I have a chair illness? I lied before when I said I like wee chairs. That's not entirely true. I like all sizes of chairs. I inherited this disease from my mother. Keely has also been afflicted. Such a tradegy. We've been sitting in our row of seats a lot over the weekend. Husband sits at one end reading the paper. I plop down next to him. He looks up. I say, "How long you been waiting?"
Later, he's laying, stretched out on them-newspaper over his head. He fakes a grogginess and says slightly panicked, "What time is it? Did I miss the train?"
How many times do I need to point out to you people that we are strange? There are many more scenerios we can act out from our new seating. Keely does something brilliant while we are sitting there. We rise to our feet for a standing ovation and "bravos". Such fun. Our kid has no hopes of being normal.
Did I mention I like chairs?
I do. So, I got this one too.
It was $8. It is really heavy and made by W.H. Gunlocke Co. It's a fine chair. I likey.
This is our courtroom chair. I'm looking for a gavel now. Just think of the courtroom dramas that will play out in our home.
