Colorfool

Thank you all so much for all the birthday greetings and wishes for miss Keely! Today she is actually 3 years old and I just can't believe it. She doesn't get that today is her birthday since she already had her party, but whatever. At least we have lots of leftover sweets to celebrate with and we are giving her the tricycle today too.

 

Each year I take her picture in a red chair that we have and I put them in her annual album. But EVERY year something goes wrong. Either the camera has problems, the weather is gray, or she just won't cooperate, but still I try.  Here are some from the last years.

I'm may try a re-shoot on the next sunny day.  

The definition is : idealistic, not practical, imaginary. Referring to Don Quixote a bit. I picked this word for the week because I'm hoping my shop plan is not a quixotic one.

The store is pretty much ready to go. I just have to settle on the stinkin' flippin' shipping costs. Then, we are ready to go!  There will be a bright green button on the top of my blog that links to the shop tomorrow sometime. I didn't post everything that I have to sell yet-like the few yards of this old fabric that I got.

I want to start it kind of small just to see how it goes.
